There were central heating, TV set and a microwave oven in the room, enjoyed that. There was a bathtub too. The location was strategic for Chico, right by downtown and university and the Heritage Inn Express Chico. We could drink something at Burgers & Brew, located 1 mi away.

I really liked the location of the hotel.
I didn't like that the room I oringally booked had overlapped booking my girlfriend and I were looking forward to the suture that we booked but we weren't able to stay there because of the overlapped booking. If you are able to fix that problem I feel that more people will enjoy the stay more.

It was convenient.
The advertised free wi-fi was not working and the staff neither cared nor knew how to correct problem. When we went over to have breakfast the tables were filthy. Split bill with travel companion and the staff had no problem doing the two charges, yet when we got home one of us was charged the correct amount of half the bill and the other party was charged the entire amount. Still working on getting a refund.
